Operation of Jakarta Office StartedLeopalace21 Corporation
Leopalace21 Corporation (Head office: Nakano, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eisei Miyama) has established a local subsidiary PT. Leopalace Duasatu Realty in Indonesia on October 16, 2015. In cooperation with its partner PT. Leopalace21 Properti Manajemen, Leopalace21 will introduce offices and residences to Japanese companies advancing into Indonesia, as well as consider business deployment of serviced apartments.
Since the establishment of the Seoul (South Korea) office in April 2002, Leopalace21 has offered 'inbound' services of introducing Japanese apartments to foreign students. Beginning in 2013, the company has advanced in Southeast Asia, offering comprehensive 'outbound' services concerning residences and lifestyles for Japanese companies in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and the Philippines. With the purpose of expanding and strengthening the functions of overseas offices, Leopalace21 has opened its 15th overseas office in Indonesia.

Indonesia has a population of roughly 250 million, the fourth largest in the world after China, India, and the U.S., of which 24 million live in the metropolitan area centered in Jakarta. Due to the young population and its steadily growing market, Japanese companies advancing into Indonesia is on the rise. Leopalace21 has started providing agency services for local rental properties in Indonesia, with the aim of helping customers establish a presence and succeed in business in Southeast Asia, and providing safe and comfortable housing.
