GOWEX celebrates its fourth anniversary in the MAB outpacing 37% of companies in the Continuous Market in terms of capitalization

GOWEX was listed in March 2010 with a capitalization of 36 million euros, closed 2013 with 943 million and, today, its value exceeds 1,400 million euros. The stock has risen by 2,700% since its IPO in 2010 and 49.6% so far in 2014. The shares of GOWEX (GOW-MAB, NYSE Alternext ALGOW, LGWXY OTC Market), a leading company in creating WiFi Smart Cities (Wireless Smart Cities ®) achieved, at the market close (10/03/2014), 19.9 euros per share, which means a revaluation of 2,743% since its debut in March 2010 and 49.6% so far in 2014.

During 2013 more than 36 million shareswere traded in the two main markets where the Company is listed (MAB and NYSE Alternext), an average of 147,000 a day.

The Company's capitalization achieved 1.441,2 million euros at the market close (10/03/2014), which turns it into the company with the highest capitalization in the markets where it is listed. Furthermore, GOWEX outpaces 37% of companies in the Continuous Market in terms of capitalization.

Quotation in 3 Markets

In addition to the two markets where the Company is listed, on February the 20th 2013 GOWEX received the approval of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) to start an ADR program (American Despositary Receipts) in the United States, through the OTCQX Market.

The growth of the company in past months has led to the inclusion of GOWEX shares in some benchmark index such as the MSCI Spain of Morgan Stanley. GOWEX is one of the members of this selective index since May 21, 2013.

Additionally, it continues being part of the NYSE Alternext Oseo Innovation Index, where it was included back in June 2011, or of the Allshare Alternext Index, where it belongs since it was listed in France, for the dual listing on June 15, 2010.

There are five analysis companies publishing reports on GOWEX shares and issuing their recommendation about the value of the Company. Roadshows

During the last months, some members of the management team of the Company, including its CEO Jenaro García, have carried out roadshows in many cities such as Lyon, participating in the Oddo MidCap, New York, at the Annual Needham Growth Conference or Madrid, with their participation in the Iberian Conference Santander.

In addition to the scheduled meetings, during the roadshows numerous meetings with investors and analysts are performed throughout the year, establishing a dynamic of continuous news flow.

WiFi cities, from Asia to África

Its trajectory in the stock market is based largely on international expansion that the Company is experiencing: in the past months the company announced new WiFi Cities projects in Ningbo(China) and the Republic of Congo, which represent its first entrance in the urban Asian and African continent, respectively. Globally, the company already provides free WiFi service in over 80 cities around the world and aims to extend its connection services to over 300 cities in the next five years.
