Addus Home Health now called LHC-Illinois Home Health Care

CHICAGO, Ill. - In continuing its commitment to provide quality home health care to the people of the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding communities, Addus Home Health has changed its name and is now operating as LHC-Illinois Home Health Care.

LHC-Illinois Home Health Care will continue to deliver quality patient care with the same local staff of highly trained home health professionals under the direct supervision of patients' physicians. The provider will continue to serve patients from its three locations in Chicago, Olympia Fields and Hillside.

Home health care is an effective and affordable solution for many patients' post-acute care needs and situations. Home health professionals treat a wide range of medical conditions, allowing patients to rest and recover in the comfort of home.

The Company operates through five segments: Home Health Services, Hospice Services, Home and Community-Based Services, Facility-Based Services and Healthcare Innovations (HCI). The Home Health Service segment offers a range of services, including wound care and dressing changes, pain management, pharmaceutical administration, skilled observation and assessment and patient education.
