The board of Directors of Li & Fung Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Martin Tang Yue Nien, an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company, will assume the role of Mr. Paul Edward Selway-Swift as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 15 November 2016. Mr. Paul Edward Selway-Swift will continue to be an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee of the Company.

The composition of the Nomination Committee of the Company, after the aforesaid change, will comprise Mr. Martin Tang Yue Nien as Chairman and Mr. Paul Edward Selway-Swift and Dr. William Fung Kwok Lun as members.
