Malvern, PA - July 13, 2015 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has added a tenth building to its portfolio in the Southern California with the purchase of 10721 Jasmine Street in Fontana, California for a purchase price of $36.75 million. The 410,000 square foot industrial property is leased in its entirety to Anna's Linens.

The newly acquired building at 10721 Jasmine Street is ENERGY STAR ®Certified and features a 30' clear height, 50 dock high doors, 71 trailer stalls as well as fully secured tilt-up construction. It sits conveniently one mile from the I-10 freeway and two miles from I-15 freeway.

Liberty entered the Southern California market in 2013. With this acquisition, the company's presence has grown to include ten industrial buildings totaling more than 2,000,000 square feet of space in Garden Grove, Hawthorne, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Rialto, San Fernando and Simi Valley.
