209,000 Square Foot Lease Brings Warehouse to 100% Occupancy

Mt. Laurel, NJ - July 17, 2014 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that it signed a 209,000 square foot lease with Primal Glass at 329-333 Herrod Boulevard in South Brunswick, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

"As we expand in Central New Jersey, every deal we make is highly motivating," said Mark Goldstein, vice president and city manager for Liberty in New Jersey. "We acquired the building completely vacant in October of last year, and were able to fully lease it in less than six months. We're very pleased to be a part of such a vibrant real estate market."

The building (329-333 Herrod Boulevard, South Brunswick) was part of an acquisition that added six warehouse buildings totaling 1.4 million square feet of space. The company's New Jersey portfolio now totals nearly five million square feet of industrial space.
