Liberty Property Trust Promotes Neal Driscoll to City Manager of the Illinois/Wisconsin Region

Elk Grove, IL - April 22, 2015 - Liberty Property Trust today announced the promotion of Vice President Neal Driscoll to the role of City Manager of the company's Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio. In this position, Mr. Driscoll will oversee development, leasing and property management of Liberty's portfolio, totaling approximately 13 million square feet of space in more than 50 buildings.

Driscoll, who joined Liberty in 2005, served as vice president of leasing and development of the Wisconsin portfolio and in 2012, expanded his responsibilities to include the company's property in Illinois. Since joining the Chicago office, the Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio has grown from 8 to 13 million square feet and the occupancy rate has hit 95%.

A member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate), Driscoll is also a Green Advantage® Certified Practitioner. He has managed significant high performance build to suit developments for Liberty. Two of these include a build-to-suit for the Department of Defense which earned LEED® Silver certification, and a 552,000 square foot, build-to-suit warehouse for JohnsonDiversey Distribution which earned LEED Gold certification and was awarded NAIOP's prestigious Green Development of the Year award in 2007. Currently, he is overseeing three new high performance industrial developments totaling more than 800,000 square feet.

Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Driscoll focused on industrial and investment real estate for Inland Companies in Milwaukee and for Colliers, Turley, Martin and Tucker in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He resides in Wilmette with his wife and children.
