Eden Prairie, MN - October 28, 2015 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that Bluestem Brands Incorporated has signed a long term lease for 345,000 square feet at Golden Triangle Innovation Center in Eden Prairie. The e-commerce company will occupy the entire facility that will serve as its company's headquarters, beginning March 2016.

'Golden Triangle Innovation Center is unique to the market, as the facility offers unlimited flexibility on large floor plates with an added bonus of being located across the street from the future Golden Triangle Southwest Light Rail Station,' said Brad Butler, senior director, leasing and development for Liberty's Minnesota region. 'The facility will provide Bluestem Brands with a dynamic work environment and we look forward to welcoming them to the property early next year.'

Liberty originally purchased the former Best Buy headquarters located at 7075 Flying Cloud Drive in 2007 with the intent of redeveloping the 40 acre parcel, but prior to the purchase Liberty leased the building to SuperValu. In similar fashion, Liberty has quickly backfilled the space with this new lease with Bluestem Brands Inc.

Approximately 750 employees will be headquartered out of Golden Triangle Innovation Center. Bluestem Brands was once a Liberty tenant at its Oakview office building in Eden Prairie.

Kurt Knoff, John Ferlita and Tom DeSautel of CBRE represented Bluestem Brands and Brad Butler represented Liberty in the transaction.

Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, Golden Triangle Innovation Center is a two story office warehouse building that offers innovative work environments, excellent glass lines, a full service cafeteria, two hydraulic elevators, walking trails and future home of the Southwest Light Rail Golden Triangle Station.
