ProCraft Cabinetry Will Move to 120,400 Square Foot Building Next Month

Atlanta, GA - May 4, 2017 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has leased all of Building One at its new 38-acre Liberty Business Center in Buford, Georgia to ProCraft Cabinetry. The tenant will move into the building at 3525 Gravel Springs Road in June.

'The agreement came together quickly,' said Steve Rowley, Liberty vice president and market leader in Georgia. 'There's been a great deal of interest in these buildings since we broke ground, and we are very encouraged by the speed at which the building was absorbed. As we finish leasing Building Two, we are seeking out our next development project as we continue to grow the portfolio.'

Both buildings in the complex are Class A development and certified LEED® Silver. They feature 50-by-54-foot column spacing, 32' clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and extensive trailer parking. The campus is in proximity to I-85, I985 and the new Gravel Springs interchange.

Matt Nelsen of Hughes Commercial Real Estate represented ProCraft Cabinetry, and Price Weaver and Lee Cardwell of Colliers International represented Liberty in the transaction.
