Liberty Property Trust : Signs Lease with American Furniture Rental in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA - December 6, 2016 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has signed a 34,910

square foot lease with American Furniture Rental at 1700 Executive Drive in Duluth, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

'Demand for quality distribution space in Atlanta remains steady and we are pleased for the opportunity to grow our existing tenant relationship with American Furniture Rental,' said Steve Rowley, vice president of Leasing for Liberty's Atlanta region.

In addition to leasing space in Liberty's Breckinridge Business Center in Atlanta, American Furniture Rental is a Liberty tenant in Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina and Richmond, Virginia.

Lee Cardwell of Colliers represented American Furniture Rental, and Trey Berry and Mark Hawks, both of CBRE, represented Liberty in the transaction

Liberty owns and manages more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial space in the Greater Atlanta area.
