Zug/Switzerland, July 29, 2015 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic monitoring services in the digital health market, is pleased to announce that, as a result of increased sales and services, improved efficiencies and the absence of exceptional and one-off costs, its first half year net income is substantially increased over those results seen in the first half of 2014. This latest revenue growth is in line with the Company's ex- pectations. The Company further expects to achieve positive net income for the first half of 2015 (H1

2014: net loss of USD 4.72 million) and continues to stand by its previous full year guidance.

The Company will publish complete details on the 2015 first half year results, as well as hold an inves- tor conference call, on August 20, 2015.
