"Lincoln schools have historically placed the highest priority on assisting U.S. veterans who have served their country," says Shaun McAlmont, Lincoln's Chief Executive Officer. "Lincoln was established in 1946 to help World War II veteran's transition into civilian careers, and we have never lost sight of that commitment. We are proud to support our servicemen and women, and we are especially proud today of these four young men and women now training at our Queens campus."

The four students - Julie Esty of Seaford, NY; Covid Hackshaw of Cambria Heights, NY; James Phillips of Bronx, NY; and Chad Spencer of Bronx, NY - were awarded the 2014 GNYADA Scholarship for outstanding academic performance, attendance, and commitment to excellence in their future automotive careers.
