LONDON, (06 November, 2014) - Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, today announced it pleted the acquisition of operating assets from Seatwave, a European resale marketplace.
This acquisition will enable Ticketmaster to provide fans with all ticket options and extends its ticket resale offering into Germany, Spain, Italy and other markets throughout Europe. The move builds on Ticketmaster's successful strategy of creating best-in-class, consumer-friendly resale platforms in the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States.
