Quadra Shareholders Approve Polish KGHM Cash Offer
WARSAW (Dow Jones)--The required two-thirds majority of shareholders of Canada's Quadra FNX Ltd. (QUX.T) agreed to a proposal under which the mining company will be acquired by Polish state-controlled copper and silver mining company KGHM Polska Miedz SA (KGH.WA) at a shareholder meeting, KGHM said in a statement.
