Lockheed Martin : Recognizes Small Business Suppliers Making Big Achievements

Orlando, Fla., May 6, 2015 - Two local Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) business areas, Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) and Mission Systems and Training (MST), recognized 22 small business suppliers, out of thousands from across the nation, who have made extraordinary contributions to the company's products and services.
For the past 20 years, Lockheed Martin annually celebrates small business suppliers providing quality goods and services and outstanding support. The 2015 awardees will receive their recognition in a special ceremony held during National Small Business Week.
"The challenges we face in the marketplace with our customers require us to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' expectations in both performance and affordability," said Phil Goslin, vice president of global supply chain at Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training. "In doing so, it is essential that we partner and collaborate with a diverse supply base to deliver these innovative solutions."
