Anima Holding's today floated on MTA, the main market of Borsa Italiana. The company operates in asset and institutional management and supplementary retirement funds.

The company successfully raised €692 million at IPO valuing the business at €1.26 billion. 

Unicredit acted as the sponsor to the IPO and Banca IMI was responsible for the placement. Banca IMI, Goldman Sachs and Unicredit were the global coordinators of the offering.
