CHANGE IN HONG KONG BRANCH SHARE REGISTRAR AND

TRANSFER OFFICE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that with effect from 1 February 2018, the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar of the Company will be changed to:

Application for registration and transfer of shares of the Company should thereafter be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited with effect from 1 February 2018. Share certificates uncollected after 4:30 p.m. on 31 January 2018 shall be collected from the new Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar and Transfer Office of the Company from 1 February 2018.
