Reference is made to the announcement of Longfor Group Holdings Limited (formerly known as "Longfor Properties Co. Ltd.") (the "Company") dated 23 March 2018 and the circular of the Company dated 26 April 2018 (the "Circular") in relation to, among others, the Change of Company Name, and the announcement of the Company dated 8 June 2018 relating to the poll results of the annual general meeting of the Company held on 8 June 2018. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that the name of the Company has been changed from "Longfor Properties Co. Ltd." to "Longfor Group Holdings Limited" and the dual foreign name in Chinese of the Company from "ᎲಳήପϞࠢʮ̡ " to " Ꮂಳණ ྠછٰϞࠢʮ̡" with effect from 12 June 2018.

The Shareholders passed the special resolution approving the Change of Company Name at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 8 June 2018. The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 12 June 2018 and the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 27 June 2018.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The Chinese stock short name for trading in the Shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "Ꮂಳήପ " to " Ꮂಳණྠ " and the English stock short name will be changed from " LONGFOR PPT" to "LONGFOR GROUP" with effect from 9: 00 a.m. on 9 July 2018. The stock code of the Company remains unchanged as "960".

ADOPTION OF NEW COMPANY LOGO

Pursuant to the change of the Company name, the Company has also adopted a new logo which will be printed on the corporate documents of the Company with effect from 3 July 2018. The Company's previous and new logos are set out below:

TRADING ARRANGEMENT

The Change of Company Name and the change of the Company's logo will not affect the rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to the Shares and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement and registration purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any arrangement for an exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the Company's new name. With effect from 3 July 2018, any issue of new share certificates will be under the Company's new name and new logo.
