Lovcen osiguranje AD Podgorica is a Montenegro-based multiline insurance company. It specializes in the property insurance, including household, machinery breakdown, electronic equipment, processors and supplementary objects insurance; transportation insurance, including the insurance of goods in transport and vessels, carrier liability, aircraft owners’ liability, aircraft and shipbuilding risk insurance; agricultural insurance, including the insurance of crops, fruits and livestock; motor vehicle insurance, including motor hull and motor third party liability insurance; as well as personal insurance, including personal accident, travel health and life insurance. The Company operates through six branch offices and 15 operating units across Montenegro. As of December 31, 2011, the Company has one subsidiary, Lovcen Auto ad Podgorica. Zavarovalnica dd Triglav had a 94.95% stake in the capital of Lovcen osiguranje AD Podgorica.
