For the quarter, the Company reported net sales of $768.4 million compared to 1.1 billion in Q4 2012. For full year 2013, GAAP net income was $353.0 million or $3.70 per diluted share, compared with net loss of $96.3 million or $1.11 per diluted share in Q4 2012.
