LSL Property Services plc, a leading provider of residential property services incorporating both Estate Agency and Surveying businesses, is pleased to announce that e.surv Limited ('e.surv'), its residential surveying operation, has negotiated a multi-year extension to its contract to supply UK residential survey and valuation services to Santander Plc.

This continues the successful long-term relationship between the two businesses. As a result of securing the contract extension, e.surv Chartered Surveyors will continue as a lead valuer for the Bank.
