The Management Board of Lubelski Węgiel BOGDANKA S.A. (the Company) hereby announces the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2018:

1. Periodic reports for 2016:

Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2017 - 23 March 2018
Consolidated Report on Payments to Public Administration for 2017 - 23 March 2018

2. Periodic reports for 2018:

a) Consolidated quarterly reports:

• for the first quarter of 2018 - 24 May 2018
• or the third quarter of 2018 - 23 November 2018

The Company hereby announces that under Article 101.2 of the Regulation it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2017 and for the second quarter of 2018.

The Company makes a statement on the intention to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Article 83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming equally important the information required by the provisions of law of a country which is not a Member State, Dz. U. [Journal of Laws], No. 33, item 259.

b) Consolidated Interim Report for
the First Half of 2018 - 13 September 2018

The Company hereby announces that the Consolidated Interim Report along with the Condensed Interim Financial Statements and the Condensed Additional Information will be presented under Article 83.3 of the Regulation.

All periodic reports will be available on the Company's website under the Investors Relations tab (www.ri.lw.com.pl).
