The poster of the Hospital da Luz Lisboa Department of Pharmacy, directed by Cláudia Santos, was considered the best one, for its technical-scientific relevance, among the works presented in the congress of the Portuguese Association of Hospital Pharmacists (APFH - Associação Portuguesa de Farmacêuticos Hospitalares), which took place between 22 and 25 November, in Estoril.

Entitled 'Posologic adjustment to Renal Function: what is the impact of the formula selected to estimate TFG?', the poster synthetizes the results of a study done on 149 cases of patients in the first semester of 2017, where pharmaceutical adjustments were suggested.

This was the 10th annual meeting of APFH, dedicated to the theme 'Clinical pharmacists: the key of the health system', including several plenary sessions and symposiums, as well as the presentation of works by hospital pharmacists. Complementarily, the association organized the 10th APFH Week, with a program dedicated to the training and knowledge updating of pharmacists working in this area.
