ASX RELEASE 18 September 2017 ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORThe Board of Lycopodium Limited is pleased to announce that Peter Dawson has joined the Company in the role of Director - Strategy and Corporate Development as well as being appointed to the Board as an executive director.
Peter has most recently been CEO of specialist advisory group RISC Advisory. Peter has 30 years' experience in the resources sector, initially in operations and subsequently in corporate roles, including as an executive director of listed public companies and as a Partner in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG.
With a background that bridges technical and commercial, Peter has a history of successfully developing and managing strong multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of resource projects and resource-based M&A transactions.
His experience with business / corporate development will be a valuable addition to the Board and we look forward to his involvement and contribution.
