ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE INTEREST OF THE BOND

'MLS Innovation Inc.' announces that according to the terms of the Program of Corporate Bond issued 7.11.2016 , the day of the beneficiaries of interest for the fifth interest period of Corporate Bond is Wednesday, October 11, 2017.

The amount of interest for the fourth interest payment period amounts to EUR 54,177.78 amounting to EUR 135,44444 per corporate bond, which has been calculated at an annual fixed rate of 5.30% (before tax). This corresponds to 400 common corporate , dematerialized bonds currently traded in Fixed Income Alternative Category of the Athens Stock Exchange Market, which operates in the form of MTF in accordance with the provisions of n.3606 / 2007.

The tax attributable to the coupon rate of 15% will be withheld and paid to the Greek State in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

The payment of interest due to the holders of corporate bonds will be done through the 'GREEK CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY SA (ATHEXCSD) Thursday, October 12, 2017 as follows:

1.Through the Operators of the beneficiaries of DSS (Banks and Brokerage companies) to the Bondholders who have authorized their operators to collect, in accordance with Article 39 of the DSS Rulebook.

2.Bondholders who have requested authorization revoked for receiving cash benefits from their operator or payment was not possible in accordance with the above, will be paid at the offices of ATHEXCSD (Av. Athens 110 daily 09:00 16:00) or to a bank account (IBAN), that they will indicate via written request in accordance with the current DSS regulations and the relevant ATHEXCSD decisions.
