Director Shareholding
The Board of the Company received notification today that Chris Russell, a director of the Company, acquired on 25 September 2012, 21,048 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 110.00p per Ordinary Share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Russell has a beneficial interest in the Company of 152,548 Ordinary shares, representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
