Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by
Sniper Capital Limited, announces that it has appointed Mr
Wilfred Woo to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with
immediate effect.
Mr Woo, aged 53, is a qualified chartered
accountant from Canada who has over 20 years' experience
at senior management and board level positions with Kerry
Properties Limited - one of the top developers, owners and
operators of residential, commercial and hotel properties in
the Asia Pacific region. During this time, he has been a key
person involved in all areas of Kerry Properties'
activities from site acquisition, planning and financing
through to construction and operations; more recently serving
as Acting President and Executive Assistant to the Chairman
of Shang Properties Inc., a company listed on the
Philippine Stock Exchange.
Commenting on the appointment, David Hinde, Chairman of
MPO, said: "We are delighted to welcome Wilfred Woo to
the Board. He brings with him a deep and relevant knowledge
of the Asian property industry and we believe his expertise
and extensive contacts will be invaluable to the
Company."

Mr Woo is currently a director of Shang Properties
Inc., a company listed on the
Philippine Stock Exchange.
