EDISON, N.J., Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its operating partnership, Mack-Cali Realty, L.P. (the "Operating Partnership"), will redeem for cash all $150,000,000 principal amount of the Operating Partnership's 5.125% Notes due January 15, 2015 (the "Notes"). The Notes shall be redeemed on December 17, 2014 (the "Redemption Date"). The redemption price for the Notes, including a make-whole premium, will be 100.380267101% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the Redemption Date.

The Notes are to be surrendered to Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee and paying agent, in exchange for payment of the applicable redemption price.
