Ascensia signed a lease for 43,534 square feet for over 10 years. The award-winning Mack-Cali property is a 317,040-square-foot, three-story, class A office building in Morris County with easy highway access, a sophisticated infrastructure, and outstanding amenities. Ascensia joins AIG, Coyne PR, Groupe SEB, The MI Group, and Decision Resources to bring this trophy asset to 98.6 percent leased.
