Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE:MIC) announced an adjustment to the conversion ratio applicable to its 2.875% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019. The conversion ratio for the Notes increased to 11.8273 shares of common stock per $1000 principal amount effective July 15, 2015. This adjustment reflects the impact of dividends paid by the Company during the previous year.
