Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE: MIC) announced that no performance fee is payable to its management company, Macquarie Infrastructure Management (USA) Inc. (“MIMUSA”), for the fourth quarter of 2016. Performance fees are payable when the total return generated by the Company exceeds that of its benchmark index, the MSCI US Utilities Index, both in the quarter and cumulatively.

MIC intends to publish a press release summarizing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016 after the close of market trading on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. A conference call and webcast for analysts and investors is scheduled at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
