Jaipur, February, 18, 2013:  Mahindra World City, Jaipur, a 3000 acre Integrated Business City developed by the Mahindra Group and RIICO, organized and hosted the first edition of 'Confluence' - a forum to interact with the International Property Consultants fraternity.

'Confluence - Building the Future Together' aims at creating an interaction with the International Property Consultants (IPC) fraternity, bringing them together on a common platform. The goal is to forge durable business relationships and exchange views, ideas and opportunities around the growth of industrial and business ecosystems across the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Anita Arjundas, MD & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd said, "We are delighted to host the first 'Confluence' forum at Mahindra World City in Jaipur. The IPC fraternity is a key partner in the development of new cities and new industrial ecosystems. The event included a panel discussion moderated by Anita Arjundas on, 'Developing Tier-II cities as Investment Destinations of Choice' featured two major customers of Mahindra World City, Jaipur, - Deutsche Bank Operations International represented by Sandhya Vasudevan, CEO, and JCB India represented by Suresh Wadhwani, CFO. The panel also included Anuj Puri, MD, Jones Lang Lasalle India and Sanjay Dutt, MD, Cushman & Wakefield India.

Mahindra World City, Jaipur is one of 16 projects world-wide to be part of the Clinton Climate Initiative's (CCI) effort to create Climate Positive cities. Total investments into Mahindra World City, Jaipur have crossed Rs. 1,000 crores.
