PUBLICLY-HELD COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY

We inform to the Company's Shareholders that the Board of Directors deliberated the distribution of interest on shareholders' equity, regarding the period from November 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017, being distributed in the following terms:

Interest on equity: in the gross amount of R$ 14,873,548.42, corresponding to R$ 0.1159202112 per ordinary share, subject to fifteen percent (15%) withholding income tax, resulting in the net amount of interest on equity of R$ 0.0985321796 per ordinary share, except for the shareholders who submit, until January 8th, 2018, at the Company's head Office, certified copy of documentation evidencing their condition of tax exempt, not taxed (Law 9,532/97), or their option for the special taxation regime. Interest on equity shall be paid on May 24th, 2018, considering the record date as of January 3rd, 2018.

We also inform you that it considers the date of December 27, 2017 as the date of the accounting settlement.

Date "Ex-interest on equity": as from January 4th, 2018 the Company stock shall be traded "ex interest on equity".
