Maj Invest Value Aktier, formerly LD Invest Value Aktier, (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in listed shares both in Denmark and internationally. As of May 31, 2012, it primarily invested in such sectors, as consumer services (19.7%), financial services (16.3%), energy (14.8%), hardware (12.9%) and consumer goods (12.2%), among others, and most of its investments were located in the United States (65.9%), the United Kingdom (11.3%), Japan (3.9%), Canada (3.7%) and Italy (3.4%), among others. As of May 31, 2012, its investments portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Archer Daniels Midland Co., Apple Inc., Aaron's Inc, Becton Dickinson & Co. and Intel Corp., among others. Maj Invest Value Aktier is a division of Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest, a Denmark-based investment organization.
