TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 27, 2016 - Mangazeya Mining Ltd. ('Mangazeya' or the 'Company') (MGZ.H) is announcing appointment of Corporate Secretary.

Grigory Balashov has been appointed as the Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr Balashov has previously worked at Norton Rose (Central Europe) LLP, Clifford Chance CIS Limited, ConocoPhillips Russia and Platforma Investment Management LLC. Grigory Balashov joined Mangazeya Group in 2016 as the Head of International Affairs Department.
