Manila Electric : Meralco brings electricity to relocatees' homes

More than 200 low income families in Ernestville, Brgy. Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City now have electricity in their homes after the community was energized through the household electrification program of One Meralco Foundation, in partnership with Meralco's Novaliches Business Center, the city government and the Foundation for the Development of the Urban Poor, a non-profit organization.
A lighting ceremony attended by representatives from Meralco, One Meralco Foundation, the local government of Quezon City and members of the community was recently held to celebrate the electrification of the said community.

Manila Electric Co. is an electric distribution utility company in the Philippines covering 39 cities and 72 municipalities. The Company operates through two segments: Power and Other Services.
