Mantech International Corp : Evolvent Awarded Consultant Advisory and Technical Services (CATS) Contract To Provide Support Services to Air Force Medical Services

The U.S. Department of the Air Force has awarded Evolvent Technologies,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation
(NASDAQ:MANT), a prime contract to provide management and professional
support services for Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). CATS is a
multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract
that has a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling value of $958M
for all awardees. Evolvent Technologies merged with ManTech on January
6, 2012.
The AFMS mission is to develop plans, programs and procedures to support
worldwide medical service missions in support of the warfighter and
their families. Under the CATS contract, Evolvent will provide the AFMS
with a wide range of management and professional support, technical
expertise and engineering services to assist AFMS in maintaining and
reengineering its operations globally.
