Share Purchase
Manx Telecom PLC (the 'Company') announces that, on 23 May 2018, it acquired 15,483 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at £1.96 per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company have been transferred, subject to a two-year holding period, to Gary Lamb, Chief Executive Officer to satisfy 2017 annual share bonus awards.
The shares represent one third of his 2017 net annual bonus. Following the purchase and transfer, Gary Lamb will be interested in 585,162 Ordinary Shares, 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
