FINDLAY, Ohio, April 25, 2012 - The board of directors of Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC) today declared a dividend of 25 cents per share on Marathon Petroleum Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable June 11, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2012.
On May 1, MPC will provide an update on its 2012 first-quarter results through an earnings news release, to be followed by a conference call scheduled for 10 a.m. EDT that day.
