Announcement according to Law 3556/2007
MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on June 17th, 2011 Mr. Alexandros Edipidis, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of MIG, acquired 20,000 MIG shares, with total net value of EUR 11,832.97 .
