"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." hereby
announces, according to Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,
resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular no. 33 of the
Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on June 13, 2012 Mr.
Andreas Vgenopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
MIG, acquired 68,256 MIG shares, with total net value of EUR
14,330.43.
