MARFIN I.G.: Early repayment of the Convertible Bond Loan with date of issue 29.7.2013

MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDING S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it will proceed with the early repayment of the total number of bonds of both tranches of the Company's Convertible Bond Loan issued on 29.7.2013 amounting to 375,247,019 euros (CBL) on the 4th anniversary from its issuance, i.e. on 29.7.2017 and within a deadline specified by the Company in accordance with the procedures of HELEX.

In accordance with the CBL terms, the Company will pay to the bondholders both the capital corresponding to the bonds to be repaid and the accrued interest.

The bondholders may, instead of early repayment, convert their bonds into shares until 26.7.2017, according to the CBL terms.

The CBL is currently divided into 163,009,139 bonds of Tranche A and 212,237,880 bonds of Tranche B with par value of 1,00 euro each, the entirety of which have been listed for trading on Athens Exchange. The early repayment of the CBL will be made from the proceeds of the issuance of the new Convertible Bond Loan of the Company amounting to a maximum of 460,302,000 euros, which was resolved by the 2nd Reiterative Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of 10.7.2017 and it falls within the framework to reduce Company's financial expenses, as it was presented in the Report of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.

The Company will issue a new announcement to inform the investors and the bondholders on the details of the early repayment of the CBL (including the last trading date, the record date, the payment date, the date of deletion of the bonds).
