NOTICE TO THE MARKET

São Paulo, May 23, 2018 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or the "Company") hereby informs that due to the truckers' strike in Brazil, it is taking the necessary measures to adjust its operations to this scenario. Some of the Company's slaughtering facilities should temporarily reduce and/or halt their production due to the impossibility of transporting their products.
