Marisa Announces Increased Consolidated EBITDA of 21% in 3Q15

São Paulo, October 27, 2015 - Marisa Lojas S.A. (BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3 BZ), announces today the results for the third quarter of 2015 (3Q15).

Highlights:

  • Retail Net Revenues with variation of -1,4% and -2,4% in same store sales;
  • Retail Gross Margin once again grew +2.5 bps, surpassing the 42.3% in 3Q14 to reach 44.8%;
  • Retail SG&A presented a nominal reduction of 1.2%; Stores SG&A 3.2% lower;
  • Retail EBITDA reached a positive R$ 10.0 million, in comparison to the negative R$ 3.1 million in 3Q14;
  • Cash from Operations hit R$ 55 million in 9M15, over the R$ 116.3 million negative in 9M14;
  • Inventories reduced by 5.1%;
  • Private Label losses accounted for a loss of 26.1%.
