MARISA LOJAS S.A. Notice to the Market
São Paulo, March 29, 2017 - Marisa Lojas S.A. (BM&FBovespa: AMAR3; Bloomberg: AMAR3:BZ), Brazil's largest chain specialized in women's fashion, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Management, on behalf of the Company, has entered into: (i) an Operating Agreement; (ii) an Insurance Representation Agreement; and (iii) an Agreement for the Sale of Assistance Products and Other Covenants, all of which to enable the extension, as of April 1, 2017, of the partnership with Assurant Seguradora S.A. and Assurant Serviços Ltda., whose scope is the sale of assistance and insurance products by the Company.
The Agreements will have a term of up to five (5) years. The Company will receive seventy-five million reais (R$75,000,000.00) as an advance in two equal installments, due in March 2017 and June 2017.
