Heidi Burnett has been named Mercer’s Southern California Office Leader, the firm announced today. Based in Irvine, Ms. Burnett will drive the success of Mercer’s offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego by focusing on client satisfaction, capturing growth opportunities, and promoting the Mercer brand in the market.

Ms. Burnett joined Mercer in 2012 as a Partner and Global Client Manager, bringing 25 years of human resource consulting experience to the role. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Burnett spent 20 years at Aon Hewitt, primarily in client management. She also spent three years as the CEO of the Human Resources Services Division of Next Jump, Inc., a privately held technology firm based in New York. She started her career as a retirement plan specialist.

Ms. Burnett has a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences and a B.A. in Management Studies from Rice University. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and has held leadership roles at the local and national levels.
