The Tour de Jewson is an annual charity event organised by the builders merchant which brings together colleagues, suppliers and customers to cycle around the UK and raise funds for their charity partner Macmillan.

Starting out from seven locations across the UK, the routes made their way across the country, stopping for pit-stops en-route.

Two members of the Marshalls team, Captain Matt Armitage from Marketing Operations and Steve Newton from Group Procurement, joined the Tour de Jewson riders to cover the challenging 105 mile route.

Jewson's aim was to raise £52,700 to help fund a Macmillan Nurse for a year and provide essential care for those affected by cancer, and are currently waiting to hear their final fundraising figure.
