INDIANAPOLIS - Thanks to international and domestic business growth, Delta Faucet Company plans to invest more than $15 million to renovate and expand its global headquarters building at 55 E. 111th St. in Indianapolis, starting in Q3 2015.

"Business growth both here in the U.S. and around the world continues to fuel the creation of new opportunities within Delta Faucet Company," said Jill Ehnes, vice president, human resources at Delta Faucet Company. "We hope this remodel and expansion project will work to better support our growing team, help Delta Faucet Company remain a preferred place to work and create a dynamic experience for visiting customers from around the globe."

In addition to remodeling its existing headquarters building to create and maintain a comfortable, collaborative workspace for its employees, Delta Faucet plans to expand its footprint by building an adjacent 82,500-square-foot building. The new facility will be designed for the needs of Delta Faucet employees and customers with a design showroom, conference centers, a lab, café and outdoor garden space. The company is also exploring converting some of its abundant green spaces into walking and running trails.

Delta Faucet plans to host an official groundbreaking for the new space on July 16, 2015 and expects construction to be completed before the end of 2016.
