MASTERFLEX SE The Masterflex Group presents its latest innovations at Powtech & Fakuma shows
From 30th September to 2nd October 2014, the Masterflex Group - as the world's leading manufacturer of high-tech hoses and connection systems - will be presenting the latest product innovations from its renowned brand Masterflex at this year's POWTECH trade show (Hall A1, Booth 156). The event is the world's leading trade exhibition for powder, granules & bulk solids technologies. Directly following this show, the Masterflex Group will be jointly showcasing both its Masterflex and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik brands at FAKUMA, the international trade show for plastics processing. This event is hosted in the southern German city of Friedrichshafen from 14th to 18th October 2014, where the Masterflex Group will look forward to welcoming visitors to its booth 3113 in hall A3.

One such industry highlight is the Master-PUR Performance® spiral hose. Thanks to its patented manufacturing process, the inner lining is completely smooth and yet offers twice the abrasion-resistance than other competitor products, especially when transporting heavy bulk solids under extreme conditions - as proven through its certification acc. to DIN ISO 4649. This in turn leads to drastically reduced production downtimes and a marked increase in production efficiency in all operations. The absolute smoothness of the inner lining guarantees a greatly increased transport flow and therefore reduces energy consumption and cuts costs as a result.
Yet another advantage: as the inner lining has no inner edges or pores, there is absolutely no material residue build-up and is therefore much easier to keep clean. The Master-PUR Performance® is not only microbe-resistant, but also permanently antistatic therefore preventing any electrostatic charges during the production process. What's more, the hose is extremely flexible. Even with its highly robust design, it can be easily and quickly installed in even the smallest of spaces.
The brand new Master PUR Performance® combines yet another benefit: The highly robust and abrasion-resistant PU hose is microbe-resistant, antistatic and hardly inflammable acc. to DIN 4102 B1. That is a world-first. Its true multi-functionality directly results in manufacturing and operational storage costs being cut, as there is no longer the need to keep a stock of many different products when this one offers it all in one hose.
