MASTERFLEX SE Masterflex at the easyFairs 'Solids' Show
November 4th, 2015, sees the start of this year's SOLIDS industrial trade show in Dortmund - Germany's largest and most important innovation platform for powder, bulk solids and recycling technologies. That's why the Masterflex Group will once again be presenting its latest innovative highlights from its renowned industrial brand Masterflex - namely the Master-PUR Performance and the Master-PUR Inline.
Since the market launch of the Master-PUR Performance®, which presented a world-first within the industry, it has created a real buzz among the users. Twice as abrasion-proof than any other comparable hoses and completely smooth; these features make the Master-PUR Performance the ideal hose for transporting bulk solids and any other problematic media, which quickly wear through any other hoses. Thanks to the results of an independent test, this important feature and competitive advantage has been proven according to the industry standard DIN EN 4649. Despite its highly robust material, its unrivalled flexibility means that it can be installed in the tightest of application spaces even at a length of only 1 meter. The Master-PUR Performance's excellent edge clearance ensures a much quicker flow and transport speed, which result in significant reductions in both energy consumption and cost. In addition, the absolutely smooth inner lining prevents any material residue within the hose, ensuring maximum material transport efficiency. Thanks to this feature, the hose is therefore also very easy to clean.

As the Master-PUR Performance boasts a permanently anti-static feature, it therefore fulfils all of the requirements set out in the industry standard TRBS 2153 / Directive 94/9EG (ATEX 95) for the avoidance of ignition hazards resulting from electrostatic charges during the production process.
In further addition to the extremely flexible Master-PUR Performance, Masterflex will be presenting its heavy-duty and extremely abrasion-resistant Master-PUR Inline. Thanks to the special cast elastomers applied, it is both highly robust and lightweight. As with the Master-PUR Performance, the patented manufacturing process ensures complete smoothness inside the hoses with absolutely no edges whatsoever. The Master-PUR Inline consists of 3D cross-linked polyurethane and can be flexibly adjusted in its material makeup and hardness according to the required application. This means the Inline comes in versions with degrees of hardness from 50° Shore A up to 70° Shore A at different DN sizes. The wall thickness can be chosen from a range of up 10 mm. This makes the Master-PUR Inline not only absolutely robust, but also the most reliable product within the industry for all of your bulk solids applications.
